I have setup squid in 10.1.1.33,and we have setup a drupal on ssame server.now we require that squid will load default home page first time.

when user enter uid and password while connecting the internet. squid will redirect first to the http://10.1.1.33/setu and after that it allow access to other web.

I m not sure but, you can achive through
squid_session and external_acl_type directives.
